How does the free preview work?
Send us your store link. We redesign your home page and send you a link to see it. It costs nothing, and you don't have to buy.
When does the one week start?
When we have your logo, photos, text and store login. The store is live one week after that.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, your photos, the facts about your products, and a login to your store.
What if I want changes?
Store Design comes with two rounds of changes. Starter Store comes with one.
Do I own the store?
Yes. It sits in your own Shopify account, and it stays yours.
What is not included?
Shopify's own fees, paid apps, photography and ads.
How do the monthly plans work?
Each plan gives you a set number of hours a month. Extra hours are $100 each. Unused hours do not carry over. Plans run for three months at first, then month to month. You can stop with 30 days' notice.
How do I pay?
For a design or a move: half to start, half before the store goes live. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.
Which platforms do you work on?
Mostly Shopify. We also move stores to Shopify from Wix, Squarespace and WooCommerce.
Do you work in French?
Yes. We work in English and in French.
Which currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Where are you based?
In the Montreal area. We work online, so your store can be anywhere. We work in English and French.
